We're doing the Time Warp today!

Parramatta Toastmasters Club will be celebrating the cult movie Rocky Horror Picture Show (RHPS) in their meeting tonight. Have you been practicing the Time Warp and watching the Youtube video on this blog? Don't worry, it's easy.

All of us from the party planning committee are totally ready for a great meeting with all the glitz and glamour of Dr. Frank-N-Furter. Glam costumes are chosen. Decorations are getting set up for your surprise. Our sound and lighting guru has the perfect effects for this bonus Halloween-time meeting. The committee's food coordinator liaised with the awesome chef at the Parramatta RSL who was busy putting together creatively themed meals which are as decorative as they are edible. Everything was managed by our lovely committee boss, appointed by the proactive Vice President of Education who originally had a strategic vision for this particular theme.

There are plenty of sites for last minute info on this pop cultural phenomenon. IMDB will explain the entire cast. Wikipedia tells the tale of how RHPS gained its popularity. Feel free to Google if you need to.

Craving Community as a Millenial A real sense of community is needed more than ever. The digital world can coexist with face-to-face interactive community experiences. Local group events are needed for true connection with fellow human beings. Digital tech and social media can facilitate in-person communities. There is More to Explore at the Gold Coast than Theme Parks My husband and I booked our honeymoon months in advance. We wanted a nice long stay at the Gold Coast. I wanted more than rides at theme parks. After research and then experience, I can now share some attractions everyone should enjoy.
